Membership Agreement and Refund & Renewal Policy

To process your Membership Application, please read this important Agreement and check the box below indicating you accept all of the terms of this Agreement:

Member understands that AUIC is acting in the capacity of a membership aggregator and Group Purchasing Organization (“GPO”) that uses the group purchasing power of its members to arrange for consumer beneficial programs and services; and AUIC is not affiliated with any of the participating vendors, products or service providers available through membership with the AUIC.  Member further understands that AUIC will make every reasonable effort to ensure the information provided on its website is accurate at the time of its initial posting; however Member understands that it is MEMBERS’S RESPONSIBILITY to confirm the information listed with the product or service provider is still accurate and valid as of the date of my purchase from the service provider.  Member will contact AUIC in the event any benefit, discount or offer listed on the AUIC website is alleged by Member to be inaccurate in any way.

Member understands that the information provided on the AUIC provider and membership pages is proprietary.  The unauthorized misuse or dissemination of this information is strictly forbidden and will constitute grounds for termination of membership and a forfeiture of any membership fees paid to AUIC.   Any unauthorized use or dissemination of this information causing damage or loss to AUIC or any of its legally affiliated companies, directors, officers, agents, employees, representatives, associates or service providers will be grounds for legal remedies and cost recovery pertaining to any legal actions or pursuits of remedy against Member.

Member understands that the login Username and login Password (Member “Credentials”) for specific services and products is provided after Member’s AUIC application has been accepted and approved.  These Credentials are for the sole use of the Member, and where accepted by service providers or vendors, by his or her immediate family. Membership is subject to cancellation if Member violates this Agreement.

Member understands that the AUIC does not set the discounts or services that are offered by the individual service provider; therefore the AUIC can not guarantee that any specific savings will be realized. It is the responsibility of Member to verify service provider charges and make an informed determination of potential savings based upon market comparison. Member further understands that the AUIC and its affiliates, directors, officers, agents, employees  and representatives are not responsible for the outcome of any services received from any service provider associated with AUIC, either directly or indirectly; and, Member agrees to hold the AUIC and its affiliates, representatives, directors, officers, agents, employees and associates harmless for any undesirable outcome or damage or loss caused by or resulting from any service, product or action of a service provider.

Member understands that the AUIC must receive a written request by fax, email or letter to cancel Member’s membership at least 30 days prior to the renewal date; otherwise the AUIC is authorized to charge Member’s designated account or credit card for the annual membership dues.  Member may cancel his or her membership within 30 days of the membership acceptance or an annual renewal date and receive a full refund; thereafter, no partial or other refund of dues shall be provided.

Member understands that AUIC may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of this Web site or any of the benefits or services provided for or by the AUIC for its members, including the availability of any benefits, features, services or products, at any time. AUIC may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Web site without notice or liability. AUIC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, delete and modify these terms and conditions and policies (and any of the benefits, services or products provided to members) in whole or in part at any time, and your continued use or access to the benefits, services or products set forth of this Web site after such changes, deletions or modifications are posted shall be deemed acceptance by you of such changes, deletions or modifications.

Member authorizes the AUIC or its authorized agent, Insurance TPA, Inc. to process the Membership fees and dues from Member’s designated account or credit card. Member agrees to all the terms of this Agreement and all the policies and procedures set forth herein as indicated by Member’s electronic signature acceptance and delivered to the AUIC electronically.
